Working knowledge of VBA & Power Query to bridge reporting gaps. Basic Cognos and Crystal Reports. MS Office - Advanced Excel User (some VBA & Power Query), Word, One Note, basic Access. Some Sarbanes-Oxley exposure and knowledge of shared service centre support within the construction sector and aerospace industry and as a service user within manufacturing. Skilled in dealing with the people aspects of the finance job, sales focused and commercially aware. Accounting Experience - control and co-ordination of general, sales and purchase ledger, Vat reporting, financial and management reporting, KPI's and balance sheet review and control. Good knowledge of Vat and declaration requirements - import and export, including European Vat recovery. Enjoys systems development and making sustainable improvements whether manual or computer based.
