I've been a speaker/educator and have lectured on topics such as nightclub & bar marketing, promotions, operations, development, plus many more subjects. I'm a native of Hawaii where my career began as a bartender with Scruples Waikiki, where I quickly became one of the fastest and efficient high volume bartenders on the island. I advanced into nightclub management and operations before making my move to the mainland US. Once there I jumped right into the action where I began my Vegas career with the as of yet to be known Spearmint Rhino Gentleman’s Club in Just as in Hawaii, I began as a bartender, then quickly became the bar manager, and then into upper management where I expressed my views and implemented core work ethics which contributed to the overwhelming success of the club to this day. I instituted, for the first time, a series of cross promotions within Vegas nightlife and clubs that had never been seen before. This marketing/promotions model is still being copied and used by every adult club in the Las Vegas market. While helping build the Rhino and doing it's marketing and promotions I've been blessed with meeting and taking care of it's patrons from Vegas Nightlife industry, to Celebrities and Execs. I was a scheduled guest expert/speaker to the 2010 Las Vegas International Hospitality Week’s – Nightclub & Bar Convention and Tradeshow. I've spent the last several years establishing connections and running several destination management companies where we would plan and execute vacations, corporate events, branding, bachelor/bachelorette parties and even a couple of anniversaries.
