About Guy Wiltshire

I am a qualified, apprenticeship trained multi skilled engineer currently working for TGW Limited as a Project Manager. I have gained a wide range of knowledge in engineering through my time so far and am continuing to learn everyday. I am keen to progress with my engineering career and my current role was a great opportunity for me to do so. In the past i worked in a busy warehouse maintaining a large conveyor system built up of a ASRS (automated storage & retrieval system), palletiser, automated wrapper, carton conveyor, pallet conveyor, pneumatic systems and labellers. I was/am also trained to work and rescue at height. I carried out preventative maintenance and also reactive maintenance on breakdown scenarios, dealing direct with the customer keeping them up to date with the situations at hand. Now in my role as a PM I am eager to learn and develop myself even further. I am working on some very interesting projects both challenging and exciting, I also have a great team around me with lots of knowledge and experience. I am open to change and take new processes on board well. My motto passed down from a mentor is ‘on budget, on time, we all smile’
