You can't use an old map to explore a new world"( Albert Einstein) Hey, my name is Guy, and my last role was the Israeli country manager on behalf of Reckitt Benckiser Group, a British multinational Pharma and consumer goods company mostly known for producing health, hygiene, and nutrition products such as Nurofen, Strepsils, Nutramigen, Durex, and many more (5/2019-1/2025). With more than 20 years of experience, I have led and managed BUs, marketing and sales strategies, transformation processes, cross-functional teams and Business development with comprehensive cross-organizational leadership, P&L management and "Can Do" approach showing proven growth and improving profitability while driving my team self/group development and high motivation. Prior to joining Reckitt, I worked 4.5 years in Novartis as Marketing Director, Business Development, and Executive Management, and 4 years in Perrigo as OTC category Manager. As an organizational entrepreneur involved in innovation and creativity, I am always looking for imaginative solutions. I worked in the pharmaceutical, medical device, Nutrition and FMCG industries, as my primary career path. I gained through the years deep understanding in business unit management, business development, marketing strategies, finance, organization transformation, stategic alliance with key stkholders and strategic planning.
