About Gweneka Leach

I am a passionate senior leader with a proven track record of driving innovative and value-add community and organization developmental change throughout various functions including Risk Management, Internal Audit, HR / Talent Management related business operations, etc. I successfully collaborate with C-Suite Executives to distinguish relevant emerging industry risks and assist with developing strategies and executable frameworks. I have approximately 25 years of experience with a focus on community engagement, business operations transformation, enterprise risk assessments, strategy and operations, methodology & governance development, human capital management and training & development. I currently work as a Senior Director within Ally Home. I partner with other senior and executive leaders to create the vision and I lead the strategy for Ally Home. I own all facets of the Mortgage Governance functions and I am responsible for driving strategies, key initiatives and operations tactics. I also lead the PMO including review and approval of new mortgage business initiatives. Additionally, I drive our strategy with a focus on DE & I, Employee Engagement, Leadership Training, Homebuying Financial Education and Community Roundtables in partnership with nonprofits, etc.
