About Gwenyth Jackaway

Mission driven educator, academic advisor and entrepreneur, committed to inspiring young learners at secondary school and college levels, and helping them navigate the challenges of the digital age. Interdisciplinary media historian with 20+ years of classroom teaching experience, focusing on the impact of new communication technologies on society, debates about freedom of expression in American history, and the role of the media in shaping our understanding of the world. Out-of-the-box thinker, deeply concerned about educational integrity, with a passion for change. Driven by a desire to make a bigger difference in a world that is transforming, I developed a curriculum to bring communication and media studies concepts into secondary education.
