About Gyan Raunak

Ever since I began my career in technology, I have been drawn not just to solving problems, but to building resilient teams that scale, inspire and simplify. As Director at PubMatic, I lead two high-impact global teams—Technical Escalations and the PMP Deal Desk—spanning APAC, EMEA and NTAM. My work sits at the intersection of AdTech, automation and leadership. I love aligning engineering with business outcomes, unlocking monetization through curated packaging and creating frameworks where regional teams move with clarity and ownership. For about 14 years, I have grown from hands-on implementation to org-level strategy. I have worked on process automation, escalations governance, RCA-driven engineering, global support alignment and strategic deal innovation. Along the way, I have mentored rising leaders, scaled operational models and built some truly meaningful cross-functional partnerships across Product, CS, and GTM.Outside of work, I am a lifelong learner—diving into Vedic sciences, spirituality and the art of balance with sports. I also lead with empathy and believe the best work cultures are built on trust, rhythm and shared wins.If you are exploring the future of AdTech, intelligent automation or global operations at scale—let us connect.
