Over 25 years at Graphisoft, I’ve led product development, engineering strategy, and organizational transformation at scale. I played a central role in shaping Archicad, Graphisoft’s flagship BIM product, while scaling agile delivery, elevating engineering practices, and integrating emerging technologies. I also contributed to the successful post-merger integration of global teams and systems. Throughout my career, I’ve built and mentored cross-functional teams, introduced engineering frameworks that improved quality and velocity, and partnered with product leaders to align technical vision with business goals. I’m passionate about driving outcomes that matter: to customers, to teams, and to the business. I see engineering as a strategic partner to innovation. I'm energized by opportunities to combine technology, leadership, and systems thinking to solve complex problems and build what’s next.
