My name is Hadar and I am an Organizational Consultant, specializing in internal organizational communication, accompanying managers, developing human capital, improving work processes and leading and implementing organizational changes. My true passion is in corporate consulting and I provide my clients with real and personalized value, by combining my multidisciplinary knowledge with experience in organizational consulting. My vision is to provide a unique solution to any organization/company/business interested in growth, development and renewal, through accompaniment and joint thinking. I have a Master's degree in Business Administration and Organizational Consulting, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Sociology and over 10 years of experience in management, operations and customer service. I developed and led workshops and lectures on service, sales, personal and time management, communication, team development, creative thinking and more. I am a consultant to the Authority for Small and Medium Businesses of the Ministry of Economy and Industry. Also, I am a board member and active in IPA - the Israeli Organization for Organizational Development and a certified group facilitator.
