I'm currently working as an HRBP at abra. I'm responsible for human resource and technical recruitment. Experienced in recruiting and assessing candidates, with ability to drive the process through Full-cycle recruiting, and working under high pressure. Knowing how to make the match between hiring managers requirements and the right candidates. I also bring with me high attention to details, strong interpersonal relationship, high dedication, enthusiasm and passion for HR field. As part of my job I am responsible for: • Manage full recruiting process in a fast growing organization which required “out of the box” thinking, develop and set up recruiting procedures, manage recruiting process from A-Z. • full responsibility for sourcing efforts and head hunting through social media and etc, search and screen for relevant candidates, preparing and managing the job offers. • Conducting phone interviews and frontal HR interviews. • Advising and assisting managers throughout the recruitment process to On-Boarding qualified candidates. • Organizing community service activities Experienced in recruiting Developers (Dynamics CRM, ERP, Java.NET, C++, Node.js, Python, IOS and other languages), Information Security (Applicative, Infrastructure, etc.), DBA (Big data, DWH, etc.),DevOps engineers, Networking Engineers, Architects, Infrastructure,Pre Sale managers, Project Managers, QA and more.
