I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Khawarizmi International College, which gives me a solid foundation in financial and business management. I also have over five (5) years of experience in human resources, working as a Human Resources Analyst at Merit Consulting and a Senior Human Resources Officer at Methaq Takaful Insurance Company. I have developed strong skills in HR policies, processes, and systems, as well as in recruiting, training, and development.
