About Hadeeqa Hussain

Currently I’m in my second year of University studying Accounting and Finance at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have worked at River Island. River Island has taught me many skills and has made me become and better person. For example, I can confidently communicate with customers whist helping them and serving them, making sure they have a good customer service. As soon as I finished at river island I was working at call centre called All day PA. I was answering calls from all types of business including emergency call out, banks, retail customer service as much more. Whist working at Allday Pa I have increased more knowledge on how to speak virtually formally and confident as well as increasing knowledge in small business. I have been able to understand and know all phonetic alphabet. I attended NCS for three weeks during summer. NCS allowed myself to discover talents I never knew about as well as challenging myself to activities that I would never think I would ever do. As an individual I believe myself to have qualities that employees and employers want to work with. I have a very bubby and engaging personality which makes interactions work easily between customers and myself. My confidence levels have increased as now I can openly talk to a wider audience and not be shy or hesitated. I am looking for a job that I would enjoy and love to work for as a job that could help me gain more skills that could help me in future life. I believe and have the skills and abilities to multitask and handle pressure of a busy day and have willingness to learn and improve.
