My name is Hadil. I live in the most amazing city in the world which is Amsterdam. A small introduction of myself. My goal in life is to help, to help my friends, family and people around me. I am a very caring person and will go the extra mile for people. This is the reason I like recruitment so much. I am able to communicate with people, meet new people and help them with their carriere. I have gained alot of knowledge throughout the years. I am able to make the match and most importantly help companies grow! As a recruiter i am responsible for finding, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for job openings within an organization. My main goal is to find the right match for each company i am committed to. I worked as a In-House Recruiter, Headhunter/Executive Recruiter, Technical Recruiter. I get triggered by high volume recruitment and difficult to fill roles. People would describe me as being highly ambitious and very enthusiastic.
