Experienced application support and implementation engineer with experience providing technical support, database support, implementation, and maintenance services to various organizations, as well as reporting using SQL Query. As Team Lead of Applications Implementation and Support Engineer, it is my responsibility to ensure that our existing clients are satisfied with our products and services and that our potential clients see the benefits of our software solutions. Over the past years, I have onboarded multiple sectors such as NBR Approved VAT Software, Retail management solutions, ERP (Textile and Apparel Industry), HR and payroll, Restaurant management solutions, Hospital management solutions, and production. At our organization, I have focused on enabling our clients to grow with the help of technology services. Our extensive domain knowledge allows us to be in a position to advise our clients on market trends, risks, and possible business improvements. Prior to joining iBOS, I worked at Southtech Limited as an Senior Implementation and Support Engineer (Southtech is one of Bangladesh's CMMI L5 software companies), where I had to manage and maintain all clients which are using our software and provide best application support.
