As the RCM Head of Department, I am responsible for building and leading an effective revenue cycle management structure that ensures accurate and timely reimbursement for the hospital's services. I have a CII Certificate in Insurance, which demonstrates my knowledge and skills in the insurance industry. I excel at analysing, coordinating, and interfacing with various internal and external stakeholders, such as finance, commercial, ICT, clinical departments, and payers, to optimize the revenue cycle processes and outcomes. I also have a strong track record of motivating and leading teams to deliver high-quality results, fostering collaboration and communication among team members, and managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks. My mission is to enhance the financial performance and sustainability of Canadian Specialist Hospital, one of the leading healthcare providers in the UAE.
