About Hadley Dowers

At Oklahoma State, my passion for Data Analytics meets real-world application. Working within the MIS social media department, I've obtained hands-on experience in using technology to market all of the technology-focused organizations on campus. Through my internship at Paycom as a database administration intern I have learned how to build and maintain a database that supports thousands of servers. My involvement in the Technology Services Information Association World Envision conference in Las Vegas not only expanded my network but also deepened my appreciation for technological innovation and its continuing growth. This exposure has increased my analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, driving me to seek opportunities that challenge me to apply my data analytics interest. I'm on the search for roles or internships where I can contribute to data-driven solutions that enhance organizational performance.
