Looking to transition to a similar position in the DC / NOVA area • Over 14 years working FMS programs in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. • Over 12 years in technical program planning and technology integration, to include development, integration, site activation, training, budget, acquisition and logistics. • Developed and presented briefings covering issues across the FMS spectrum to US Senior Leadership and their foreign counterparts • Directly involved in F-16 and F-35 FMS procurement to include leading site surveys, addressing environmental concerns, and determining requirements for interoperability, training and security. • Proven diplomatic skills directly leading to extremely successful Command and Control Interoperability Boards, Site Activation Surveys and Coalition Interoperability Requirements Surveys for Jordan, Pakistan, Qatar and UAE • Made recommendations for facility requirements to accommodate emerging weapon system operations and sustainment through the development of the F-35 Facilities Requirements Document. • Recognized as DoD (OUSD/ASD) PM of the Year (2004) for the Network Centric Collaborative Targeting (NCCT) Advanced Concepts Technology Demonstration (ACTD) and also formally recognized for outstanding support by the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center for extensive work in negating the MANPAD threat against F-16s and helicopter assets performing CAS • Received numerous ‘By-Name-Requests’ to brief at Red Flag and Top Gun exercises. • Active Top Secret clearance. • Willing to work non-traditional hours to include extensive travel.
