This multifaceted skill set has been honed through 13 years in the Food and Beverage industry and 8 years in the intricate world of Fashion Advertising. Nurturing Future Talent: A significant aspect of my professional journey involves a dedicated focus on nurturing and developing young talents. Over the course of nine years, I've had the privilege of leading, managing, and grooming over 500 skillfull youths and fresh graduates. By providing them with a platform to acquire essential communication and life skills, I've played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of industry professionals. Pioneering Success with Topboi Citizen Model Management: As the Director of Operations and lead model at Topboi Citizen Model Management, I embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship alongside renowned Malaysian fashion photographer TTFGA and Usher in 2019. What began as a local start-up has now evolved into a thriving agency with 25 contracted models, 3 photo/videographers, and 3 makeup artists and hairstylists. This venture is a testament to our vision, collaborative spirit, and unwavering commitment to excellence in the fashion industry. Academic Foundation: My journey is underpinned by a solid academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Business degree with dual concentrations in Business Marketing and Financial Accounting from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. This academic achievement complements and enhances my practical experiences, providing a holistic understanding of the business landscape.
