Currently Progress Unit Director for ALTRAD Services France (~€800M, 45+ subsidiaries), I report directly to the Group management and oversee strategic planning, budget governance, M&A assessments, and operational performance. I act as the key link between the Group holding and local entities, leading restructuring, unlocking synergies, and supporting subsidiaries in achieving EBITDA and cash flow targets. Previously, I held various FP & A, consolidation, and finance systems roles across France and the U.S. in industries including industrial services, medtech, and agri-business. I bring a strong background in financial planning, reporting systems (Adaptive, Viareport, Hyperion), data governance, and continuous improvement.
