My experience includes development of preliminary schedules, detailed baseline schedules covering project’s scope, cost, and financial models. Iam adept with preparation/updating of project schedules, budgeting, and cost, as well as with setting up the control systems to monitor the projects’ contracts, schedules, scope, and cash flow. Hady brings experience with the development of projects’ master schedules with cost allocation, as well as resource loading to manage the company resources. Additionally, I has proven experience coordinating projects’ alignment with planned scope and quality. Experienced with Primavera (P6) Planning, Microsoft Project, Power-Bi, Office Time-line and PMP methodology.
