Hi, my name is Mizen. I am an experienced Recruitment and Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in Automotive, technology and outsourcing companies. I am passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities—especially in mass hiring and employee administration, including payroll, benefits, and performance assessments. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed large-scale recruitment projects for various roles, both sales/marketing and non-sales positions, during my time at Permata Indonesia. I also specialized in IT recruitment when I was with DOT Indonesia. Currently, I am working as a Recruitment Officer at an automotive company, where I handle end-to-end recruitment processes to support business growth in a highly dynamic industry.
