Background

About Hafid Thabara

Associate Consultant 360 at Viventis Search Asia with experience supporting end-to-end consulting initiatives across strategy execution, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven analysis. I work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into clear insights and practical solutions. In 2026, I transitioned into a consulting function to broaden my impact across business transformation, partnership strategy, and client delivery. My strengths include structured problem-solving, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and effective collaboration with both internal and client stakeholders. I am motivated by continuous learning, meaningful client impact, and building solutions that are both practical and scalable. Beyond work, I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring new cities and cultures, and photography. I’m especially drawn to the ocean and occasionally go scuba diving, always happy to meet my underwater friends. Please feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn or reach out for professional opportunities, collaborations, or meaningful discussions. Let’s connect.
