Throughout my professional experience, I have honed my expertise in developing, evaluating, and enhancing workforce development programs for nonprofits, higher education institutions, and government agencies. Leveraging my background in education and personal experiences growing up in NYC, I bring a unique perspective to my work, ensuring programs are equitable and effective in battling poverty and improving lives. In my current role at Public Works Partners, I lead multiple workforce development projects, delivering high-quality outcomes while managing complex timelines and budgets. I have successfully transformed workforce development nonprofits by crafting tailored training programs that have improved metrics and outcomes, impacting the lives of numerous individuals. Here's the thing: I am driven by a deep-seated desire to empower individuals and communities, especially those facing systemic barriers and inequalities. I am fueled by a curiosity to understand the "why" behind challenges and to create meaningful solutions that support and make a difference.
