ACHIEVEMENT Foster: • I did some Kaizens to reduce Operators in the Line/machine -> Improving efficiency/line and Reducing production cost: o Auto pick up the Plugcap machine: to replace 1 operator/machine that was done by manual. o Auto magnet magnetic charger for multi models: to reduce 2 operators/machine that were done by manual as well. o Auto detection buzz sound machine: to reduce 1 operator/line that was listen by ear -> improve efficiency of the line. o Other improvements. • Control the noise of whole factory is below 70dB. • Control 5S all the whole factory is OK. Jabil- Bronze Lean Six Sigma Certification of Jabil- I had worked a lot of customer: Wincor, Datalogic, Hypercom, Ingenico, Landis & Gyr Adtran Products- I have gone in Mexico for transferring product. SKILLS & EXPERTISE: • English:I speak, listen, write, and read quite well, I communicate daily with expats from USA, Mexico, Malaysia, Indian, Philippine, China, Singapore,… • Teamwork: key skill to get my task done well, coordinate with other department to get the line run smoothly or to meet KPI. • Problem solving: Using some tools for this as: 5W2H & 5Why, 4M, 7 basic quality tools … • Continuous improvement: PDCA or DMAIC, MODAPTS, 5S, LPA, Kaizen… • Management skill: I have been managing the number of Technicians to cover the line with 200operator running smoothly. Specially, I must manage my Jobs from my bosses (WC Manager, ME Manager & BUM). • SMT & Assembly process. • LEAN
