About Hai Dong

As a Senior Process Engineer at Intel, I collaborate with leading industry vendors across the globe to develop and enable advanced high volume photomask inspection for EUV and Optical lithography. I manage, perform, and document various engineering projects to meet future technology needs, using statistical analytics, root cause analysis, and material characterization. I also propose and conduct feasibility studies through theoretical simulations and practical engineering methods. With a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Michigan, I have a strong background in chemical synthesis, spectroscopy, electrochemistry, and computational chemistry. I have published multiple papers in prestigious journals, such as Journal of the American Chemical Society, Chemical Communications, and Dalton Transactions. I have also performed independent research on a government funded project on selective carbon dioxide reduction at Caltech. My goal is to apply my chemistry knowledge and skills to create innovative solutions for global challenges and drive the semiconductor industry forward.
