Focusing on Additive Manufacturing (AM) processes such as Selective Laser Melting and Electron Beam Melting on metallic powders. Research includes the effects of defects on AM parts, process development and parameter optimization for metallic powder, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on AM parts, and mechanical testing and material characterization of AM parts. At present, I am a faculty of Manufacturing Engineering Department at Georgia Southern University. Previous research experiences consisted of Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), etc.
