About Hailee Larson

I'm an operations-driven professional with a passion for creating efficient systems, supporting high-performing teams, and making things run smoother—whether that’s through solving complex problems or enhancing daily workflows. My experience spans across SaaS, customer service, and the hospitality industry, giving me a unique perspective on operational excellence from both the front lines and behind the scenes.Previously, I was an Operations/Marketplace Engagement Specialist at Qwick, where I manage escalations, optimize partner accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and service delivery. I’ve also supported clients at scale in fast-paced environments like Freedom Financial Network, where I was consistently ranked in the top 3 for performance metrics. With hands-on leadership experience from my time managing restaurant operations and backend POS systems, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for process improvement, team dynamics, and customer success—all while maintaining a solutions-first mindset.Whether it’s scaling operations for growth or fine-tuning the details that make a system thrive, I’m excited by the challenge of making great teams even better.Let’s connect!
