About Hailey Aaron

Hey there! Let’s get to know each other. I am a new grad with a passion for media planning, brand storytelling, and crafting content that makes people stop scrolling. I’ve spent my time studying how to create campaigns that don’t just speak at people but spark something in them. My goal is always to make people feel seen, understood, and genuinely connected. I've done extensive research on creatively forming media strategies that hit the right target at the right time while staying true to the brand's tone and values. Whether I’m behind the scenes or leading the conversation, I bring a collaborative mindset and an ever-curious skill set. My background is rooted in the service industry, where I learned to read people, anticipate needs, and think on my feet from day one. As I am entering the advertising world, I'm enthusiastic about the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded creatives at agencies or in-house teams. Through my next steps, what matters most to me are the people and the purpose. If the culture is kind, the ideas are bold, and the work is meaningful, I’m all in. If you’re looking for a teammate who brings energy, empathy, and a love for meaningful creative work—I'd love to connect. After all, great campaigns start with great conversations!
