About Hailey Ballam

Welcome, my name is Hailey and I am a graduate from St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology with an Ontario Advanced Diploma in Interior Design. I am seeking a Junior Interior Design Position and have worked extremely hard to be where I am today. I have a background in customer service and have also earned an Ontario Diploma in Office Administration Real Estate from Durham College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2020. I am a very respectful and a hard worker and love to help others. I have a love for animals, spending time with family, and taking road trips. I grew up in a small little village 2 and a half hours north of Toronto and came to Windsor at 22 when I purchased my first home. I grew up knowing everybody and having all my family close by. I have 2 amazing parents and a younger brother I consider my best friend. Family is always my priority and I would do anything for them. I am someone who has always put others before myself, as it brings me so much joy and happiness to help others in need. I can be outgoing when I need to be, but am most often a quiet independent individual. I aspire to build myself a business some day and create my own design business. I am a very creative person and enjoy many different styles of interior design, some of my favorites include minimalist, neutral, industrial and rustic. My design philosophy is always "Creating a space you fall in love with over and over again as you walk in the room".
