About Hailey Birch

From working as a deckhand on luxury cruises to creating a fragrance brand from scratch and now being at the helm of agentic marketing for B2B companies. My career journey hasn't been traditional, but it’s been all about connecting, storytelling, and impact. I graduated from the University of Washington in just three years, during my senior year, I co-founded Allude Fragrance, where I led initiatives from brand voice to PR outreach, building a brand from the ground up that centered around identity and aesthetic. Since then, I’ve supported marketing initiatives for PRSA-SF, managing social channels, designing event promotions, and crafting messaging to engage professionals. Now at Qualified, I’m expanding my exposure to B2B tech and GTM strategy. I’m working toward a role in demand generation and marketing where I can combine creativity, systems thinking, and a people-first approach to help brands grow intentionally.
