About Hailey Buley

Growing up, I was always told I could talk to a wall if I wanted to – which makes sense given my passion for communication. Over the years, I’ve built a unique skill set in connecting with people, sharing ideas, and making sure things run smoothly, whether in research, brand management, or teaching. I hold a Master’s in Neuroscience from Baylor University, where I worked in the psychoneuroimmunology lab, learning how to design research, analyze data, and communicate complex scientific concepts to both local and international audiences through both research and teaching courses. Currently, I’m channeling my love for learning and teaching as a middle school Math and Science teacher, helping students have those “aha” moments that make teaching so rewarding. Before teaching, I worked as a Communication and Brand Manager, where I built relationships with authors and public figures to promote events and led teams to ensure smooth event execution. My background in research, communication, and project management has given me a strong foundation for breaking down complex ideas and leading projects effectively. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, being outdoors, finding the best coffee shops, and learning Spanish! I’m always excited to connect, learn from others, and share ideas- so feel free to reach out!
