About Hailey Crawford

I am a recent graduate from Elon University studying Economic Consulting with a minor in Computer Science. Originally from New Jersey, I have always had a passion for analyzing and interpreting data to make informed business decisions. As such, my studies have focused on developing my skills in data analytics, econometrics, and programming. As I approach graduation, I am excited to start the next chapter of my life in New York City, where I will be working for FactSet as an Analytics Client Solutions Specialist. With its vibrant business community and thriving tech scene, I believe it is the perfect place for me to launch my career. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to help organizations make data-driven decisions that optimize their operations and drive growth. Throughout my time at Elon, I have honed my skills through various internships and extracurricular activities. Through my internship experiences, I gained practical skills in data analysis, project management, and communication, while also developing a deeper understanding of the business world and how to apply my academic knowledge in real-world scenarios. At Elon, I am a Business Fellow, where I have been able to engage in accelerated coursework, study abroad, meet with industry professionals, and participant in a real-world consulting project for a demanding international client. I am also involved in several different opportunities on Elon's campus such as being the president of Elon's Microfinance Initiative, being an Econometrics Teaching Assistant, as well as being engaged in undergraduate research. My experiences thus far have created a diverse skillset and I cannot wait to see where those skills take me in a future career!
