About Hailey Dobson

I am a recent Human Resources graduate at Durham College of the Advanced Diploma program. Aside from graduating with honour roll, I work full-time as a Recruitment Specialist at Solutions Staffing. I am excited to use the knowledge and skills I have learned in my advanced diploma throughout my future in Human Resources. My expertise in conflict resolution, training & development, and communications will be beneficial when dealing with cross-cultural situations. My strong organizational skills help create a stress-free and maintained work environment for both customers and co-workers. I am intrigued to help individuals discover and communicate their voices to become strong leaders and efficient employees. My goal is to help employees feel motivated, satisfied, and be productive to help the organization achieve their mission, vision, and values. I am enthusiastic about being the voice of the employees within an organization and making their employment experience a positive one. I am looking forward to seeing where my career in Human Resources takes me!
