About Hailey Fielder

I am an engineering professional with a strong technical foundation, now focused on continuous improvement, training, and organizational excellence. I currently work on Hydro One's Capital Delivery Model Centre of Excellence (CDM COE) Team as a Continuous Improvement Lead & Enhancement Trainer. In this role, I design and deliver process improvements that strengthen project delivery practices across the organization. This work has involved travelling across Ontario to deliver training to different lines of business - helping teams embed best practices, adopt new methods, and achieve long-term value. Alongside my Continuous Improvement work, I am passionate about people. As part of Hydro One's Step Up initiative, I facilitate full-day Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training sessions across Hydro One offices in the GTA. These workshops allow me to apply my facilitation skills to create respectful, psychologically safe spaces. I aim to raise awareness and strengthen workplace culture by promoting safety, inclusion, and meaningful connection. With a foundation in Electrical Engineering (Ontario Tech University) and early career experience as a Project Manager, Field Protection & Control Trainee, and Telecom Engineer, I bring both technical knowledge and a people-first approach to every role I take on.
