About Hailey Hill

I am a graduate of Western University, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Media, Information and Technoculture. While newer to the world of Recruitment, I find myself thriving in this field that I have been so passionate about being a part of for years. I spent the majority of 2023 working at a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment agency in which I specialized in hiring tradespeople for various organizations. In late 2023, I made the switch to working as an Assistant within Recruitment Services at LHSC. During my time there, some of my duties have included processing internal transfers, booking interviews, assisting in the facilitation of interviews, and giving candidates great customer service while they make their way through the recruitment process at LHSC. I also have 8+ years as a Theatre Director and 5 years as the Artistic Director of Allswell Productions. I have directed five successful productions with Allswell Productions, and many more with various London theatre companies. This strengthens my skills in team management, artistic and technical design, and maintaining a safe working environment through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices.
