About Hailey Leibman

As the Owner and Executive Director of Front Range Dance Academy, I lead with a passion for inspiring and nurturing the next generation of dancers and performers. My role is not just about running a successful dance studio; it’s about creating a positive, inclusive environment where every student can flourish—both on stage and in life. In addition to my work at the academy, I serve as the Head Coach of Timnath Poms, where I have the privilege of coaching and mentoring talented student-athletes. My approach focuses on empowering young minds, helping them develop discipline, teamwork, and self-confidence. With a deep commitment to the whole child, I am an aspiring educator focused on human development. I believe that education extends beyond traditional subjects, and it’s essential to nurture each child’s unique strengths while fostering emotional and social growth. I am dedicated to creating well-rounded individuals who are prepared for both the challenges and opportunities of the future. Let’s connect if you share a passion for dance, education, and the growth of young minds!
