Through my education and career experiences I have gained skills in project development, coordination, facilitation, and policy advocacy. I aim to practice clear, transparent, and kind communication. These skills are represented in my writing, public speaking abilities, and Spanish fluency. I demonstrate initiative, determination, a collaborative mindset, consensus building, and an ability to connect and work well with a variety of populations which contribute to my interpersonal and leadership skills. I am highly detail-oriented which is shown through my critical thinking skills, thoughtful questions, & effective time management amongst various responsibilities. Above all I hope to work in a supportive, effective environment making meaningful connections with colleagues and community partners in order to grow positive impact in the community.
