About Hailey Nikkels

I am a second year associate attorney, passionate about civil litigation. In March of 2023, I moved to Dallas, Texas. I sat for and passed the July 2022 Texas Bar Exam and passed with a score high enough to practice in any UBE jurisdiction. In my first year of practice, I have been actively involved in handling a fast paced, full case load from start to finish, including all written discovery matters, taking and defending depositions, including parties, fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and expert witnesses, mediations, and trial preparation. I am also experienced in written motions practice. Throughout law school, I was active in the St. Mary’s Law community as a top 25% graduate, a competitive member of the National Mock Trial team, President of the Aggie Bar Association, and a two-year Senator for the Student Bar Association Class of 2022. I am also a lifetime member of the legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. I look forward to zealously advocating for my clients for years to come.
