About Hailey Pham

I have always been strongly interested in the way media works, and that will come across in my flexibility in a wide range of roles. I started off as a hairdressing assistant and became a manager in marketing & communications in my first year of university. Working with two independent small companies has meant I have done independently everything from analytics to campaign development and social media execution, in a short span of time. From photography, film, & graphics, to politics and writing. I adopt a creative & multidisciplinary but communicative approach in all of my work — whether it’s creating social media content or senior discussions on branding. I specialise in developing campaigns and marketing strategies for B2B companies, working directly with CEOs with their existing brand. My background in journalism has carved an extensive portfolio in native advertising, blogging, and creating content that is interest-led. Following my graduation I anticipate working full time in journalistic roles such as editing, local or Australian news reporting, or lifestyle journalism. Establishing a resonant brand with well-executed, well-loved content has always been my focus.
