About Hailey Rodgerson

As a graduate of Mohawk College's Broadcasting Television and Communications Media program, I have developed a strong passion for storytelling and creative collaboration. My experience spans reality TV productions such as Canada's Ultimate Challenge, Got To Get Out, Beast Games, and Big Brother Canada, where I contributed as a Production Assistant and Story Associate Producer and gained firsthand insight into the fast-paced, dynamic world of unscripted content. In addition to my reality TV work, I’ve collaborated with real-world clients to produce and edit corporate videos and served as a lead photographer and content creator for a marketing agency. These experiences have honed my skills in visual storytelling, creative problem-solving, and project management, all of which align with my ultimate aspiration to excel as a Story Producer. I’m driven by a commitment to crafting compelling narratives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring every project is executed with efficiency and excellence.
