About Hailey Soto

One of my core memories growing up was watching my dad grow as a business owner. From growing his business and watching his passion for business develop I learned from an early age that working in any business is difficult, but it can be easier with the right skills. As a kid I watched him take the time to speak with longtime clients and potential ones. I never understood why he spent so much time speaking with people he may never see again. As I got older I started to see his passion and the joy business brought him as a father, a provider, and eventually as a role model for me. Throughout my life, I have developed the same love and business skill set as my father, but I realized that my true passion like my father was people. With this passion, I have developed valuable communication skills that allow me to speak with anyone at any given time. From working at my first job at sixteen to studying business and marketing management in college, to the career I am building now, I have had the ability to utilize my skills in different ways. I have learned that in order to succeed in any career effective communication and passion are at the core. In my profession, I believe it is crucial to build relationships with clients that rely on products or services to aid in their work. I also believe in forming a relationship that builds trust in order to solve problems a client may face. I love applying the knowledge I have gained while at the University of Memphis with my career experience to aid in helping clients. My specialties include: Quickly learning new skills, problem-solving, SAP B1, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, leadership, training experience, social media marketing, attention to detail, organizational skills, self-motivated, professionality, adaptability, time management, and customer service skills.
