Industry experience in market research, small business consulting, television production, culinary arts, specialty foods distribution, and retail. Over the past 20 years I have had the amazing opportunity to pursue both creative and business roles in more than just a few industries. Regardless of the industry or role, the skills I have found to be most crucial to success are: the ability to adapt to change, the desire to learn, and the cultivation of meaningful relationships both internally and externally. It is those relationships that have fostered true partnership, respectful challenge, and continued opportunity. Outside of the career, I am most likely running, lifting, playing on the water, or in the snow, doing one of the sports I love. I enjoy learning about the human condition; what drives us forward, or holds us back. How do we self-actualize and perform at our best? I love discussing the challenges and evolving dynamics of sales, leadership and our global digital transformation. I'm still in love with the art of negotiation, and I think I always will be.
