As a student studying to become a vet tech and a customer service agent at Air Canada, I am deeply passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on the lives of animals and their owners. I am open to any opportunity to step into the veterinary industry and utilize my skills and experience to provide compassionate care to animals in need.My experience in customer service has taught me how to effectively communicate with people from all walks of life and solve problems in a timely and efficient manner. I have honed my skills in active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution, all of which I believe will be valuable in my future career as a vet tech.As I continue my studies to become a vet tech, I am eager to gain hands-on experience and expand my knowledge of animal care. I am open to any opportunity to work with animals, whether it be through volunteering or interning at a veterinary clinic or taking on a part-time role in the field.
