I am a passionate and mission-driven environmentalist with over 20 years of leadership and management experience at national and international NGOs. I thrive in complex environments and have a proven track record of building innovative responses in new contexts. My leadership style is rooted in trust, collaboration, and creating spaces where people feel empowered to grow and contribute meaningfully to the organisation's mission. In the first 15 years of my career, I was deeply engaged in communications, fundraising and campaign work across the field of nature and environmental protection, both in Hungary and internationally. Later I transitioned into management and senior leadership roles, continuing my journey within the environmental field — with a growing focus on organisational development and supporting others in driving change.
