About Hakan Olsson

During my working life my passion has more and more focused on "excellence in project operations". What makes people, project and organizations sustainable achieve their change goals with word class performance? How do you get an understanding of this complex subject? My way has been trough four tracks Track 1: Practical experience from having most of the roles in a project organization. Some examples- Implementing and operating portfolio mgmt- Implementing and operating program mgmt- Central operating roles in all sizes of projects ( up to 200 MEUR)- Roadmap and business case developer in very large projects ( up to 500 MEUR)- Developing the practical way of working for both senior and junior project and program managers - Trainer in project, program and portfolio mgmt- Project mgmt advisor in specialist areas- Interim PMO manager Track 2: Theoretical project organization knowledge trough intense study and participation in international community. Certified in project (Prince2, PMP), Program (MSP), Portfolio (MOP), business case (BBC) and agile (SAFE). Track 3: National and International network all over the world I have got by 5 years as a board member in PMI Sweden Chapter. Track 4: The human perspective I have got by certification and practicing as a therapist and coach. I also work with leadership development and is certified in DISC and 360 asessments. Now I use these tracks helping both private and public organizations getting the pieces together.
