With over 30 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and a lifelong passion for Lean Thinking, I specialize in transforming operations and driving exceptional value for customers. Currently, I lead Quality, Pre-Delivery Inspection, and Continuous Improvement at Escape Trailer Industries, a premier Canadian manufacturer of custom-built recreational vehicles. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Trainer and Consultant, I bring deep expertise in Lean Processes and Operational Excellence, inspired by the core principles of the Toyota Production and Quality Systems. My work has earned recognition from the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance, including two distinguished awards for TPM Excellence and Continuity in Excellence.
