I am 37 years old and married. I have been working and living on my own since the age of 12 with no family support, but a desire to overcome my circumstances and to make a success of my life. This led to me becoming a supervisor at the age of 16 while still writing my school examinations part-time. Over the years I have grown in my ability to adapt and learn what is necessary in the shortest time. My strong work ethic led to my inclusion as a young leadership Developer in Management at the head office of my church Globally. I have amassed a vast knowledge in processes and systems development and project management and would love to pursue further career development in a corporate environment. I am very loyal and place importance on traditional organisational values. In addition, my very high level of structure, dedication towards task completion, my strong orientation towards people and my ability to manage others, makes me an ideal candidate for a systems, processes and business analysis position. place a great emphasis on always improving my skills making me teachable, supportive of my team and facilitating a good work ethic. I am a good delegator, yet practically orientated, I usually have a hands-on involvement in most activities at work, enjoying working with my team. My leadership style can be described as active and participative. I place an emphasis on results, wanting to see tangible outputs and wanting to see deadlines being met without fail. I am an analytical thinker and technically-minded; able to deal with complex systems and able to understand, interpret, manipulate and apply theoretical systems in my work. I will prefer dealing with situations where the task I am facing requires the interfacing of observable data with complex theoretical systems (for instance, in scientific research, the application of financial systems and so on).
