About Hakim B. Allah

Dr. Hakim Bey Allah has enjoyed a distinguished management career with over forty years of combined federal, military and private industry experience working with customers, associates, and contractors at all levels. His diverse background has allowed him to provide services within the federal, state and local governmental agency arenas in the areas of business administration, organizational leadership, operations, program, and project management. He currently is the Director, United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Professional Development Center (PDC). In addition, Dr. Allah holds an Adjunct Faculty position in Graduate and Undergraduate Business studies at Strayer University and is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the Homeland Defense & Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC). Specialties: He has a Graduate Certificate in Project Management (Kaplan University) 2007, Earned Value Management System Fundamentals (Battelle University) 2006 and Instructor Training/Small Group Leader Certification (Department of Defense). His Affiliations / Memberships include Toastmasters International 2012-Present, Project Management Institute (PMI) 2006-Present, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. 1995-Present, National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) 1982-Present, and 100 Black Men of America, 2018 – Present.
