I am a dedicated performance-driven Civil and Environmental engineer with 5+ years’ of experience and easy to work with. My core strength lies in my ability to perfectly interpret, understand and execute set objectives, roles and responsibilities to ensure the overall aim is achieved to the highest standards. I can work under minimal supervision, under pressure to meet deadlines and grasps new concepts and ideas very fast. I am quite adaptive and able to develop innovative solutions to diverse problems. I possess the Technical, Interpersonal, administrative and soft skills necessary to work on teams, lead teams and the acumen to solve highly complex problems. In addition, I am highly passionate about Water and Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Environmental management (climate change mitigation, environmental conservation), Development and project management (including contract and construction management). I have worked as Site/Project/Design Engineer on projects with an estimated combined contract sum of K56 Million (approximately $3.2Million USD). Further I am also highly proficient in implementing contractual specifications,managing contractual interpersonal relationships, enforcing and implementing contractual clauses. My experience as Project and design Engineer spanning just over 3 years in areas of project management and implementation makes me an outstanding engineer with a holistic and dynamic approach to problem solving and an exceptional emerging leader. I am highly skilled in Software packages such as; Prokon, Etabs, Zoom, Skype,AutoCAD, Revit, Epanet, Arc GIS, Google earth, Microsoft Office Packages; Word, excel, PowerPoint, Project. I have also got core competences in the following areas; Project Implementation and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Team Management,interpersonal relationships, Leadership and Problem solving, Process management and improvement, Innovative and creative approach and skills, Stakeholder management and engagement, Self-Management and strategic thinking.
