About Hal Adams

Mr. Adams is a Registered Architect with 40+ years experience in Design and Construction with a focus on Mission Critical facilities. Mr. Adams also has many years experience in the general management of Design-Build firms with responsibility for operations, marketing and personnel having served as Regional Manager for Carlson in Atlanta and Dallas. In his management role, Mr. Adams has been responsible for negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors and special consultants, implementing sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring proper design and construction controls are in place and adequate staffing is being provided. Along with his office management experience he has performed as a Project Manager and Lead Architect and has been responsible for coordinating the total Design-Build effort for specific projects. Specialties: Architecture and engineering design for highly technical and mission critical facilities along with general commercial building design including hospitality, healthcare and retail buildings. Also has provided branding/marketing, standards development, real estate consulting, site selection & analysis, program / construction management, move management and facility commissioning.
